The Connected Leader Course

A required pre-requisite for joining the Connected Leader Club, this course is designed for the aspiring leader who wants to take things to a new level, but knows they won’t get there alone.

Executive coaches Michelle Tillis Lederman and Lou Diamond will guide you through an 8-week peer cohort in a semi-synchronous learning experience:

  • To provide the foundational thinking and tactical skills of a connected leader

  • To access diverse advice from experts and peers and establish a common language for all participants

  • To create an environment where people engage and build connected relationships right from the start.
